I have the common problem on my 2L tdci 6 Speed with stiff gear selection especially when engaging 1ST gear. I have seen a lot of advise in this forum to change the oil in the box. The last time I changed gbox oil with ford WSS-M2C200-C (@100k miles) I saw no improvement in stiff gear changes from cold. Now, 50,000 miles later its time for another gbox oil change. If I should use WSS-M2C200-C then I would get Castrol Syntrans Multivehicle 75W-85 Or if I should use WSS-M2C200-D2 then I would get Castrol Syntrans FE 75W.
