The convers+ dash is all working normally, but the dials have stopped moving. So engine revs, speed, fuel level and engine temperature all no longer working. The car drives normally still. The needle of the dials are illuminated but they no longer move. As both the function of wiper and washer are separate and the control is separate, I wouldn't have thought that both would fail together other than the central control unit itself failing to operate these via software control. You can't see or access it if you just fold the fusebox down. You need to lift it with a little force out of it's nylon mounts and the whole box drops into the footwell on it's cabling. You can then turn round the box to access the fuse and change it. Good luck. Generally, hard wiring something usually requires access to a switched live, a permanent live and a ground. Most commonly, these can be found near the stereo however the Mondeo doesn't have a switched live stereo. Using a multimeter I was able to work out which fuses are permanent live, which go off after 15 minutes and which circuits go off
